How Did Turkish Airlines Become A World Leader In Advertising?

Turkish Airlines have launched their latest ad campaign. And in following on from the success of their ‘Selfie shootout’ ad, which quickly became a YouTube sensation, it again features football’s finest Lionel Mesi, and basketball star Kobe Bryant. But this time, they are talking about food #epicfood.

Their initial advertising campaign ‘Selfie shootout’ – took the number one spot on YouTube’s top ten adverts of the year, and has substantially increased their subscribers on the video sharing platform. In fact, they have more subscribers than any other airline.

In following on from that, they then bought together some of the best known basketball stars in order to raise further brand awareness for the airline. The advert features them taking part in a choreographed dunk, which instantly became their next YouTube hit.
