Spirit Airlines are happy to poke fun at their angry tweets

Earlier in the week, we reported that low budget airline ‘Spirit airlines’ had launched a new campaign  called – ‘Hate Thousand Miles’.

The new marketing objective for the airline appeared to be that they were happy to accept that people were angry at them, and in fact, they would embrace it.  Their new video (shown above) highlights their care-free approach to the ‘haters.’ They even mock their angry tweets.

Whilst the airline will certainly get people talking, will it do the business more harm than good?
