Spirit Airlines customer service failures

Spirit Airlines ranked last in Consumer Report’s latest customer service survey.

“CBS This Morning” spoke with him and he was quick to point out that while the seats might not recline or feature a lot of legroom, the average fare is just $75.

He compared the company to fast food, calling Spirit “the McDonald’s” of air travel. The saying goes ‘you get what you pay for,’ and it looks like the Spirit Air CEO agrees.
