Ryanair are making some changes in 2014 – mostly to their customer service programme.
O’Leary himself heads up the video explaining that Ryanair customers can enjoy a range of improvements in 2014, including a second free carry-on bag, a brand new website and allocated seating. Apparently there’s more to come to.
The attempts at Ryanair moving away from using O’Leary as a PR tool continue. He’s being serious in this video. No honestly, he is.
