Robin Hayes, President of JetBlue Airways, participated in last year’s World Low Cost Airlines Americas by giving a keynote address titled “What’s next in the age of consolidation?”.
Robin is responsible for the New York-based value airline’s commercial and operations areas including Airport Operations, Customer Support (Reservations), Flight Operations, Inflight, System Operations, Technical Operations, as well as Communications, Marketing, Network Planning and Sales.He served as JetBlue’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from August 2008 until December 2013.

Prior to joining JetBlue, Robin was British Airways’ Executive Vice President for The Americas. Over the span of a 19-year career with British Airways, he also served as Area General Manager for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Robin is a graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. He received a BSc and Masters in Engineering from the university.
