Japan Airlines – ‘Government regulations hold back technological advancement’

Andrew Kenji Wang Fujiyama, from Japan Airlines joined us for this years AirXperience Congress in London.

In discussing the most important advancement in technology in the next five to ten years, Fujiyama believes that the airline industry is somewhat behind other industries, due to government regulations and older IT systems, making it difficult to keep up to date.
