According to Ukraine's national plan, there will be 5 new lost cost airlines in the country by the end of the year.

President Viktor Yanukovych has ordered the development and approval of a mechanism to attract new airlines to the Ukrainian market. The National Action Plans Program of Economic reform 2010-2014 includes the order. The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mykola Azarov, the Infrastructure Ministry and State Aviation Service are responsible for the execution of the order before December 2013. The proposed implementation of the mechanism is to launch flights by 5 new low cost carriers in Ukraine.

So the industry might be seeing a shake up? Do we have some competition ahead of us?
