This year’s Aviation Festival revealed something about what unites us as an industry. In discussions with attendees at our booth and throughout the festival, it became clear.

Customer satisfaction is a mission shared by executives, suppliers, and dedicated professionals, even in industries different from our own. That’s what we learned when, shortly after the event, IBM’s Heidi Fillmore met with restauranteur Ben Beauchamp at his fish n’ chips shop.

How can you innovate to drive satisfaction and loyalty?

“We want all the companies we work with to know who we are, to know what we want, and to know how to help us and when we need help,” Fillmore tells Beauchamp in our “Strange Exchange” video.
