2013 saw some great marketing efforts from airlines. A lot of airlines have embraced new ways of getting customers attention and making the passenger experience more exciting than ever. From social media tactics to extending brand sponsorships and exposure, airlines are now one of the most marketing orientated industries out there. Which is fun for us. Here are 5 airlines who exceeded the others when it came to marketing in 2013.

    I think you have missed some campaigns.

    For instance:
    KLM Sponsorship of the first 3D Drive in movie at an airport (Disney’s Planes)
    Westjet’s Christmas Miracle. 35 million views on Youtube.

      Thanks for your comment Maurice. I didn’t know about KLM’s sponsorship. It sounds great!

      I could’ve easily done a whole list on Christmas campaigns, there were some brilliant ones this year – Westjet included. I decided to try and choose five that spanned the year but I think you’re right, it was a fantastic campaign.
