Zenola is responsible for programming one of the largest airport concession programs in North America:  252,000 square feet of concessionable space spread over five terminals.  Her business units include all in-terminal food & beverage, shopping and passenger amenity operations in addition to advertising, telecommunications and the Rental Car Center.  All of these units combined generated $531.87M in sales for FY2011, resulting in $76.53M in revenue for the Airport.

During her presentation, she shared her expertise on:

  • An overview of DFW concessions
  • Motivating shopping behavior through design
  • The Terminal Renovation & Improvement Project (or TRIP)
  • Understanding the DFW customer
  • Package development
