We were glad to have Zenola Campbell of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport speak at last year’s World Low Cost Airlines Americas. Zenola is Vice President of Concessions at DFW International, and gave a presentation on designing airport retailing to satisfy the needs of the customer.
Zenola is responsible for programming one of the largest airport concession programs in North America: 252,000 square feet of concessionable space spread over five terminals. Her business units include all in-terminal food & beverage, shopping and passenger amenity operations in addition to advertising, telecommunications and the Rental Car Center. All of these units combined generated $531.87M in sales for FY2011, resulting in $76.53M in revenue for the Airport.

- The Terminal Renovation & Improvement Project (or TRIP)
- Understanding the DFW customer
