Flew economy British Airways last week and was shocked at how bad it was – food, service, comfort – everything. Flew Turkish Airlines a few months ago and they were great – they should be on the list. They won Best Airline in Europe 2012.
Thank you for your comment Sinead. I’m surprised British Airways are so bad! Considering they pride themselves on customer service excellence rather than being a no frills airline.
