How can low cost carriers meet airport, government requirements and grow by over 300%? The Chief Commercial Officer of Enter Air Anderz Kobielski discussed this last year our World Low Cost Airlines Congress. He found that as a newcomer to the Low Cost Industry it was very important to build a good longstanding relationship with local airports and governments. By doing this successfully it actually enabled them to grow by over 300% in just 2 years.

Some of the most important factors when dealing with Airports were:

  • Stimulating new traffic
  • Generating new passengers from non-flyers
  • Creating an efficient, presentable local base and infrastructure

Some of the most important factors when dealing with Governments were:

  • Working with local authorities/tourism bodies to enhance the passenger experience and drive local revenue
  • Driving growth in local airports to enhance job opportunities
  • Maintaining a good safety record and observing regional legislation
